A homestay is most useful when the daily arrangement is clear. Ask who hosts, which areas are private, what is shared and how to request help. Keep meal plans, cleaning, visitors and checkout responsibilities explicit before committing.
From enquiry to an agreed scope

Ask for separate line items for the work or products, quantities, applicable taxes, optional extras and payment milestones.
