We separate the base theme package from optional elements, material upgrades and hardware choices, with visible tax and payment milestones. Every estimate requires a measured survey and staff review. Scope changes must be recorded before additional work or payment. Your final handover should include an approved material schedule, inspection record, snag list and the applicable supplier documents. No universal warranty, fixed delivery date or material brand is promised without a signed commercial specification.
