Indian Heritage: when this design direction fits

Teak-inspired joinery, crafted screens, brass accents and rich Indian textiles.

Indian Heritage is a design direction, not a fixed list of every object shown in a photograph. Use it to discuss the atmosphere, material palette and storage priorities you want. Review living, sleeping, cooking and work areas together so that transitions feel intentional rather than treating each room as an unrelated purchase.

Start with the site's daylight, circulation and existing finishes. Keep materials and decorative accents proportionate to the space. Ask which visual details are part of the carpenter-work package and which are loose furniture, appliances or styling props. Those extras are not automatically included.

Our theme sequence uses approximately 17.5% premium steps, starting at INR 9,00,000 for 400 sq ft before GST. The tier is a commercial configuration, not a claim that this style is better for every home. Compare the scope, choose material upgrades where useful, and review optional room elements without counting the same work twice.

A measured survey, approved drawings, material schedule and customer acceptance precede a payable project. The delivery calculator is indicative and staff may revise it for procurement and site conditions. Start a room-by-room estimate and share the resulting PDF with household decision-makers before requesting a final review.
