A practical interior inspection checklist
Compare installed work against the approved drawings and specifications. Check alignment, movement, finishes and access to services. Record observations with location, owner and a proposed remedy; use qualified trades for electrical or structural acceptance.
A well-managed interior project separates inspiration, estimation, approval and execution. Keep a single current scope and make decisions visible to everyone involved. The quotation should identify materials, quantities, exclusions and the person responsible for each decision. Photos and illustrations help discussions; they are not substitutes for measurements or professional checks.
The proposed payment schedule is 10% booking and survey, 20% design approval, 40% production readiness, 20% installation and inspection, and 10% snag clearance and handover. It becomes a commercial commitment only after the final scope and terms are approved. Later milestone invoices require the agreed evidence and settlement of the preceding stage.
Use the online estimator to discuss options, not to bypass review. Prices start at INR 9,00,000 per 400 sq ft plus estimated GST, with optional scope packages priced separately. Ask for clarification of any overlap or missing item. Contact the consultant through the project enquiry form to keep requests traceable and let staff confirm the appropriate delivery and tax treatment.
